How does the comprehensive assessment work?
After selecting and submitting your information using the Start Today link, your information will be input into our EMR and you will be sent an invoice/payment request. Once your payment is received, we will email you a lab slip to have all of your blood work completed. As this information is received back by our team, we will reach out to schedule you for a one-on-one appointment with one of our providers. During this Telehealth meeting, you and your physician will review all of your labs and design a custom program/medication regiment to best suit your goals.
**Cost for all blood work and comprehensive evaluation with consultation is $150
**Receive 20% your first month with completion of the comprehensive evaluation (not applicable with additional discounts)
What is the cost of treatment?
We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care and attention to each and every client. We strive to maintain competitive pricing with the current market however believe we lead the industry with our level of expertise and quality products. All of your results and plans will be decided jointly between you and your board-certified physician. Additionally all medications are held to the highest quality standards so you can be assured you are receiving the purest products on the market.
Cost of each therapy will differ based on individual need and will be discussed in specific detail during your comprehensive consultation. Plans are payed on a monthly basis and include all aforementioned products as listed above. All pricing is upfront and there are never any hidden fees.

Where does my medication come from?
We obtain all medications from the top USA compounding pharmacies complete with PCAB-accredited 503A with facilities designated with the FDA's current good manufacturing practices (CGMPs).
How do I obtain medications?
After completing the enrollment process, shared decision making will occur between the patient and provider to select the appropriate treatment option.
For refills of medications, please complete the medication refill form on our website approximately 2 weeks before a refill is needed. This form can be found under the "Medication Refill" tab. This allows for each patient to receive their necessary medications and supplies prior to completely running out.
Once the refill order has been approved and submitted by one of our providers, you will automatically be billed via the provided form of payment.
How long is the wait time to receive my medications?
All medications and supplies (syringes, needles, alcohol wipes etc.) will be shipped directly to the address provided by the patient.
The average turn around time for medication delivery is 5 business days from the date of submission by one our providers to the pharmacy.
GLP-1 medications and peptides will be shipped next day air with prepackaged cold compresses to maintain integrity
All other medications will be shipped via 2-day expedited shipping
**All GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) need to be immediately placed, and maintained in the refrigerator upon arrival**
How do I obtain blood work?
Our providers will order your blood work through Ulta Lab Tests, and then you will receive an email containing the order. From there, you will then be able to schedule for specimen collection using the closest Quest Diagnostic or other 3rd-party option closest to you. This can easily be accomplished, and is further outlined in the email you will receive after the order is submitted.
Once you have completed your blood work, the results will be sent to your provider and you will then be able to schedule for a comprehensive assessment to review the results.
How long does it take to get my blood work results?
Once you have presented to a lab and had your labs collected, the average turn around time for labs results is 7-10 business day. Once all of your results have resulted, you will then be able to schedule for a comprehensive assessment to review the results and discuss your treatment plan.
Can I provide my own blood work results?
Yes. If you have completed blood work (within the last 3 months) that have all the necessary tests, these can be submitted via email and be used for your initial assessment
What if I am already on treatment with another company, but want to switch to ERx Vitality™️?
Our providers welcome the opportunity to work with you. We recommend completing an initial intake form along with providing the details of your current regimen. Our providers will require blood work and/or proof of legitimate therapy.

Do you accept insurance or HSA?
No. We do not accept any form insurance or submit any claims for insurance reimbursement
Will ERx Vitality™️ be functioning as my primary care provider?
Although our physicians will be assessing your overall health and wellness, they will not be responsible for managing any other underlying medical problems or health concerns. We highly encourage all patients maintain a good standing and appropriate primary care follow up with a medical professional.
*A general physical examination from a medical provider, completed within the past year, is required prior to initiation of any therapeutic plans with ERx Vitality™️*
How do I make changes to my order, billing or shipping address?
Please note that if you wish to make any changes to your dosing, shipping address or to cancel; you must either complete the form online at:
https://www.erxvitality.com/medication-refill, or text us directly at 615-863-4415. This needs to be completed at minimum one week before your auto-refill for changes to be made.
